B A B Y  S T E P S


Sometimes when we set goals or have a desire for something, the mountain seems too tall to climb. Most of us want instant results or to find the quickest way to get to our goal. Have you ever started something only to eventually give up because it seemed too overwhelming? The best thing to do is to take BABY STEPS, everyday. Just do ONE thing each day that gets you closer to that goal and stay consistent. Write out a week of small steps so that you hold yourself accountable. Be sure to cross off each task you completed. You will feel that you've take one BIG leap just from those 5-7 small steps.

So take one small step at a time and most importantly, DON'T GIVE UP!
