HOLIDAY RUSH - effective 12/13

If you are purchasing a pad as a gift and need it by Christmas, PLEASE email support@lailifeproducts.com with the subject RUSH. Let us know where you are shipping to so we can check if FedEx Ground is available. Depending on location and date, there might be an additional charge as it gets closer to Christmas. Currently, USPS Priority is extremely delayed so we would advise to use FedEx Ground for more accurate tracking.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We are fully committed to your satisfaction. We offer a 30 day return policy on all products but product cannot be used and must be in its original state as received.

PRODUCT CARE

1) To quickly clean the pad should your pad get dirty, use a Clorox wipe and allow it dry. Do not "soak" the pad with any kind of liquid.

2) Do not set anything heavy on the pad or it will create dents on your pad.

3) If you use the pad for gardening, use our nylon bag to keep it clean and dry or use a pillowcase to keep it clean
